The buyer also ensures that any material made with products from Ultra Pure BioScience will not be adulterated or misbranded as defined by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor will it be materials that are illegal to introduce into interstate commerce under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act. Given that Ultra Pure BioScience's products are designed solely for research purposes, they may not be listed on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that products purchased from Ultra Pure BioScience are approved for use under TSCA, where applicable.

 

The buyer is responsible for understanding the risks and conducting further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from Ultra Pure BioScience. No products obtained from Ultra Pure BioScience shall be deemed as food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics. All products and services are intended for RESEARCH USE ONLY. Under NO circumstances should these materials be used for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. Ultra Pure BioScience will not be responsible for any damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or any other unforeseen event. The products are for laboratory and manufacturing use only and are NOT to be used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or for any inappropriate applications. The company does not ascertain compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country for any product sold. By acknowledging and reading this Disclaimer, buyers outside the supplier's country of origin confirm to the Supplier that they have reviewed the laws and regulations, ensuring compliance of the purchased products with the laws of the buyer's country.

 

All responsibilities and liabilities related to customs and local post office interactions for shipment receipt fall upon the Buyer. **Drop shipping and Product Sourcing Clause &HPLC Testing**

 

Ultra Pure BioScience operates primarily as a drop shipper. The products (“ten-packs”) under are sourced from reputable International chemical companies. Ultra Pure BioScience places its trust in the rigorous internal testing protocols of these chemical companies for product quality and safety. It is important to note that Ultra Pure BioScience does not independently verify the purity content or other specific product characteristics beyond the information provided by our suppliers. As part of our commitment to maintaining high standards we do, however, undertake a practice of ordering three products bi-monthly from our suppliers for the purpose of conducting "spot tests." These tests are designed to check the consistency and reliability of our suppliers' internal testing results. However, it is crucial for our clients to understand that these spot tests are conducted on a sample basis and are not exhaustive.

 

Ultra Pure BioScience expressly disclaims any and all claims regarding the exact purity content of the products. Our role as a drop shipper limits our capacity to provide detailed verifications of each product's chemical composition. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and testing to ensure the products meet their specific research needs and standards.

 

By accepting these terms and conditions, the buyer acknowledges their understanding of Ultra Pure BioScience's operational model as a drop shipper and the inherent reliance on the internal testing conducted by our overseas suppliers. The buyer further agrees that Ultra Pure BioScience shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies in the advertised versus actual product purity content, provided that Ultra Pure BioScience has acted in good faith based on the information and testing results supplied by our chemical company partners.

 

On occasion, Ultra Pure BioScience will offer for sale single vials of research products. The products are subject to the following terms and conditions. The availability of single vials is based on supply and demand. It is important to note that these products are intended for research purposes only and should not be consumed by humans. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of research products in their respective jurisdictions. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the purity or effectiveness of the products. All sales of single vials are considered final. Proof of legal age may be required, and the terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. International orders are subject to a flat shipping rate of $45.00. Orders are processed within two (3) business days, with approximate shipping times being eight to twelve (8-12) days post-processing. Please be aware that international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables outside of our control. Tracking numbers for international orders will be provided upon request after three (3) days of order processing. We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly. **Shipping from US Warehouse**

Sometime after 6/1/2024, my supplier’s US warehouse will open. When it does, the Shipping cost will adjust accordingly.

 

**Refunds**

Please read this very carefully. Once your order is placed, you have a very short period of time to rescind that order. After your order is placed, place the order with my supplier. My supplier does not return my funds. Therefore, I cannot return your funds. The time frame for you to receive your money back will be set at two hours.
